We score every roof
Not every homeowner in the damage zone is worth a visit. We cross-reference property records, insurance data, and storm severity to rank every address by likelihood of conversion.
Roof age matters. A 15-year-old shingle roof near end-of-life is a fundamentally different opportunity than a 3-year-old metal roof.
Shingles score highest. Asphalt shingle roofs are the most vulnerable to hail and the most commonly replaced — so they get the highest scores in our system.
Homeowner capacity. We verify the homeowner is owner-occupied, insured, and has the financial capacity to move forward with a claim.
We call and book
Our team calls the highest-scoring homeowners directly. We explain the hail event, answer questions about the inspection process, and book a specific date and time for your visit.
